OFFICIAL RULES: GlamorosiCooks.com Book Giveaway
1. There will be one prize awarded to one winner. The giveaway is open to readers 18 years or older with U.S. and Washington, DC addresses only. The giveaway runs from April 24, 2023, to May 31, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST. One entry per person/household during the giveaway period. Repeat entries will be deleted. Relatives and/or employees of Reese Amorosi and/or GlamorosiCooks.com and/or Schiffer Publishing and/or the book author are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. After the close of the giveaway, the entry form may be removed or disabled. We reserve the right to end this giveaway early or cancel it entirely if necessary, at our sole discretion.
2. The prize for this giveaway is one copy of Dwarf and Median Bearded Irises: Jewels of the Iris World (Schiffer) by Kevin C. Vaughn (ARV $29.99 USD). Odds of winning depend on the amount of entries received. No purchase necessary to enter or win; a purchase of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
3. To enter the giveaway, participants are required to sign up for the Glamorosi Cooks newsletter using the form provided at the bottom of the Glamorosi Cooks book review/giveaway post. We publish approximately four newsletters per year. You must be signed up to our newsletter be included in the prize drawing. You may unsubscribe at any time after the winner is announced.
4. One winner will be selected by random draw. The winner will be notified by email after the entry deadline date. Winner must respond within 7 days of this notification or the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
5. The winner’s first name and last initial and their city/state will be published on the GlamorosiCooks.com website and/or the GlamorosiCooks.com newsletter once they accept the prize. The winner’s information will be provided to the company that supplied the prize if they request it. Beyond that, we will never share your personal information with any third party unless you expressly give us permission to do so. 6. The giveaway sponsors, Reese Amorosi and/or GlamorosiCooks.com, are not responsible for late or lost entries, printing or typographical errors, electronic, software, hardware, internet or other computer or communications related outages, malfunctions, disruptions, damages, prizes lost in shipment, weather, or any other events beyond our control. By entering this giveaway through this website, you release Reese Amorosi and GlamorosiCooks.com from any liability whatsoever.
