This photo is posted on the "About" page on GlamorosiCooks.com. It is a horizontal photo showing a red pan containing quince arranged in a pyramid formation. The pan is on a wood stool, and the background is a grey stucco wall.

This is a drawing by Reese Amorosi of a Monarch Butterfly; it is used as an icon on the GlamorosiCooks.com website.

Hello! I am Reese Amorosi ~aka~ "Glamorosi." I LOVE food and organic gardening, and I'm passionate about cooking with fresh produce: fruit, vegetables, herbs and edible flowers. ALL of the recipes on the 'Glamorosi Cooks' website are extensively tested vegetarian dishes I serve on a regular basis. I believe ANYONE can make delicious meals from scratch if they have the desire and a bit of confidence. If you grow your own produce, awesome, but if you don't, almost all of the recipe ingredients are readily available in stores. On the rare occasions that they aren’t, I always offer equally tasty alternatives.

Grow Your Own Radishes

This photo is from "How to Grow Spring and winter Radishes" by Reese Amorosi for GlamorosiCooks.com. It shows pink, purple and white heirloom Easter Egg Radishes that were harvested from Reese's garden. The radishes are in a wicker basket.

Cucamelon Refrigerator Pickles

This photo shows two clear canning jars filled with homemade Cucamelon Refrigerator Pickles. They are tiny fruits around the size of grapes with a light and dark green pattern that resembles watermelon. Because of their size and coloring, they are often referred to as "mouse melons." There is one jar prominent in the right foreground, and one less visible in the left background. In each jar there are cucamelons in brine with an assortment of ingredients including dill, mint and pink peppercorns. Photo copyright Reese Amorosi GlamorosiCooks.com

Herbal Simple Syrup

This photo shows the completed recipe for Herbal Simple Syrup, Lemon Verbena by Reese Amorosi for GlamorosiCooks.com. The clear, golden syrup is in a small glass pitcher on a wooden table. The base of the pitcher is surrounded by fresh Lemon Verbena leaves.

Classic Basil Pesto

This photo shows the completed recipe for Classic Basil Pesto by Reese Amorosi for GlamorosiCooks.com. The pesto is a green sauce and in the photo you can see the texture of the combined ingredients. The pesto is in a brown ceramic bowl with a colorful floral edge. The bowl is centered on a freeform wood serving board, and that sits upon a dark blue tablecloth. The serving board cuts across the photo diagonally from top-left to bottom-right.
