  • This photo shows three jars of Chive Blossom Vinegar in the making (chive flower blossoms in white wine vinegar). The jars are on a granite sidewalk that fills the bottom third horizontal space in the photo. Lush green grass fills the top two-thirds. This photo was taken 24 days after I put the blooms in the vinegar, so the liquid has turned a lovely violet shade. Recipe and Photo Copyright Reese Amorosi, GlamorosiCooks.com

  • This horizontal rectangle photo shows the completed Membrillo (Quince Paste) recipe by Reese Amorosi for GlamorosiCooks.com. There is a row of triangle-shaped appetizers made of Manchego cheese topped with the membrillo (quince paste) then garnished with Marcona almonds. The appetizers are arranged in a row on a blue abstract pottery plate that is in a vertical position through the center of the photo. The sides of the plated are a muted pink - it is a small 50's Formica dinette table.

  • This photo is a horizontal rectangle, and shows the completed Chocolate Hummus recipe by Reese Amorosi for GlamorosiCooks.com. The Chocolate Hummus is in a white vintage ceramic bowl that looks like half of a hollowed out cabbage, and it is garnished with peppermint leaves. The bowl is surrounded by a variety of items to dip in the Chocolate Hummus: clockwise from the bottom left there are sliced bananas, red seedless grapes, strawberries and mini hard pretzels. There are blueberries encircling the entire bowl.

Hello! I am Reese Amorosi ~aka~ "Glamorosi." I LOVE food and organic gardening, and I'm passionate about cooking with fresh produce: fruit, vegetables, herbs and edible flowers. ALL of the recipes on the 'Glamorosi Cooks' website are extensively tested vegetarian dishes I serve on a regular basis. I believe ANYONE can make delicious meals from scratch if they have the desire and a bit of confidence. If you grow your own produce, awesome, but if you don't, almost all of the recipe ingredients are readily available in stores. On the rare occasions that they aren’t, I always offer equally tasty alternatives.

Classic Basil Pesto

This photo shows the completed recipe for Classic Basil Pesto by Reese Amorosi for GlamorosiCooks.com. The pesto is a green sauce and in the photo you can see the texture of the combined ingredients. The pesto is in a brown ceramic bowl with a colorful floral edge. The bowl is centered on a freeform wood serving board, and that sits upon a dark blue tablecloth. The serving board cuts across the photo diagonally from top-left to bottom-right.

Herbal Simple Syrup

This photo shows the completed recipe for Herbal Simple Syrup, Lemon Verbena by Reese Amorosi for GlamorosiCooks.com. The clear, golden syrup is in a small glass pitcher on a wooden table. The base of the pitcher is surrounded by fresh Lemon Verbena leaves.

Cucamelon Refrigerator Pickles

This photo shows two clear canning jars filled with homemade Cucamelon Refrigerator Pickles. They are tiny fruits around the size of grapes with a light and dark green pattern that resembles watermelon. Because of their size and coloring, they are often referred to as "mouse melons." There is one jar prominent in the right foreground, and one less visible in the left background. In each jar there are cucamelons in brine with an assortment of ingredients including dill, mint and pink peppercorns. Photo copyright Reese Amorosi GlamorosiCooks.com

Grow Your Own Radishes

This photo is from "How to Grow Spring and winter Radishes" by Reese Amorosi for GlamorosiCooks.com. It shows pink, purple and white heirloom Easter Egg Radishes that were harvested from Reese's garden. The radishes are in a wicker basket.
