Chive Blossom Butter Recipe

The grapes were roasted with sliced garlic that has turned a slightly pinkish hue from the juices released by the fruit during cooking. More of that juice is visible in the bottom-right corner. Fresh rosemary was roasted with the grapes, too - one of the sprigs cuts across the photo in a downward diagonal position from left to right.
