OFFICIAL RULES: GlamorosiCooks.com Giveaway
1. There will be one prize awarded to one winner. The giveaway is open to readers 18 years or older with U.S. and Washington, DC addresses only. The giveaway runs from June 9, 2023, to June 30, 2023 at 11:59 PM EST. One entry per person/household during the giveaway period. Repeat entries will be deleted. Relatives and/or employees of Reese Amorosi and/or GlamorosiCooks.com, and/or Schiffer Publishing and/or the imprint REDFeather are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. After the close of the giveaway, the entry form may be removed or disabled. We reserve the right to end this giveaway early or cancel it entirely if necessary, at our sole discretion.
2. The prize for this giveaway is one copy of Listening to Flowers: Positive Affirmations to Invoke the Healing Energy of the 38 Bach Flowers (REDFeather/Schiffer) by Dina Saalisi (Author) and Audrey Violet (Illustrator). The ARV is $24.99 USD. Odds of winning depend on the amount of entries received. No purchase necessary to enter or win; a purchase of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
3. To enter the giveaway, participants are required to sign up for the Glamorosi Cooks newsletter using the form provided at the bottom of the Glamorosi Cooks review/giveaway post. Participants who are already signed up for the Glamorosi Cooks newsletter are directed to enter via the Glamorosi Cooks website’s contact form and use “Listening to Flowers” as the subject line. Entrants using this method must use the same email address they used to sign up for the newsletter in order for their entries to be counted. Entrants must be signed up to our newsletter be included in the prize drawing. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time after the winner is announced. Glamorosi Cooks publishes approximately four newsletters per year.
4. One winner will be selected by random draw. The winner will be notified by email after the entry deadline date. Winner must respond within 7 days of this notification or the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
5. The winner’s first name and last initial and their city and/or state will be published on the GlamorosiCooks.com website and/or the GlamorosiCooks.com newsletter once they accept the prize. For this giveaway the prize will be shipped by the publisher, and we will provide them with the winner’s information including name and address. Beyond that, we will never share your personal information with any third party unless you expressly give us permission to do so. 6. The giveaway sponsors, Reese Amorosi and/or GlamorosiCooks.com, are not responsible for late or lost entries, printing or typographical errors, electronic, software, hardware, internet or other computer or communications related outages, malfunctions, disruptions, damages, prizes lost in shipment, weather, or any other events beyond our control. By entering this giveaway through this website, you release Reese Amorosi and GlamorosiCooks.com from any liability whatsoever.
